　　Practice running games

　　(1) Wolf, what time is it? Dad is the wolf in front, and mom and kids are asking the time later. When dad says it's dark, mom and kids should run quickly and don't let dad catch them.

　　(2) Small windmill: first make a windmill with your child, and then teach your child a children's song: Small windmill is really fun, and it turns as soon as I run. Explore the way of windmill rotation with children, face forward and face the wind.

　　(3) Catch fish: Find a range. Parents hold hands as fishing nets to catch fish, while children run and dodge, or father and son can jump on their mothers as nets to increase the fun of the game.

　　(5) relay race: the baby stands at an appropriate distance from the parents. Parents take a stick toy as a baton and run to the baby. In this way, the baby can subconsciously observe his parents' running posture while waiting, such as making fists with both hands and raising his arms. 　　Practice throwing games

　　(1) Playing the Grey Wolf: Parents stand in a place where children can concentrate on paper balls or sandbags. Every time a child hits, parents should exaggerate the pain, such as jumping up and making a whoop.

　　(2) Paper-throwing plane: Fold the paper into a plane and compete with the children whose plane flies far.

　　(3) Throwing paper tray: a disk with a diameter of about 15 cm is made of cardboard, which is thrown and interconnected with children. This activity exercises children's upper limb strength and spatial positioning ability.

　　(4) Parachute throwing: First, make a parachute with your child, prepare a handkerchief (or cut a square with a plastic bag), some thread and plasticine. Tie the lines at the four corners of the handkerchief first (note that the four lines must be the same length), then let the other end of the four lines be buried in about 50 grams of plasticine, and let the children grab the center of the handkerchief and throw it up.
